TTT is your campground, and it takes all of us working together to keep it a place of beauty. If you have business, construction, finance, event planning, or association management experience, consider getting involved in the oversight and management of the Association. The Board of Directors conducts the affairs of the corporation and is responsible for managing and protecting its assets, establishing rules, entering into contracts, establishing the budget and all other affairs not reserved for the membership. Elections for the Board of Directors are held at the Annual Member Meeting held in August. We follow and abide by all California election laws and the California Davis-Stirling Act which mandates certain procedures for our Board of Director elections. Members wishing to have their name included on the Secret Ballot may submit a Candidate Filing Form (FM-09-07) and a one-page resume (8-1/2 x 11 typewritten page, 1” margins and no less than 10-point font) to be received in the Tahoe Timber Trails Office, 16021 Hobart Mills Road, Truckee, CA, 96161,
no later than Sunday May 18, 2025, 5pm.

If, at the close of the time period for making nominations, there are the same number or fewer qualified candidates as there are board positions to be filled, then the Board of Directors may, after voting to do so, seat the qualified candidates by acclamation without balloting.
