Board of Directors Important Dates for 2026

TTT is your campground, and it takes all of us working together to keep it a place of beauty. If you have business, construction, finance, event planning, or association management experience, consider getting involved in the oversight and management of the Association. Directors are elected by the membership to manage and preserve the corporation, to promote and protect the individual and common interests of the Members, and to preserve the natural environment of the Association.
  • Candidate Filing Deadline: To be included on the Secret Ballot nominations MUST be received in the office by 5 PM May 15th, 2026
  • Pre-ballot Election Notification will be posted by June 16th, 2026
  • Record date: To be eligible to vote membership must be recorded and address changes received by July 1st, 2026
  • Vote by Mail: Secret Ballots will be mailed by July 16th, 2026 and MUST be received in the Office the day before the Annual Meeting in order to be counted
  • Vote in Person: Registration will open at 9am and close at 10am on the day of the Annual Membership Meeting, August 15th, 2026.
