Your vote is important! The Association is managed by a Board of Directors (member volunteers) who oversee strategic direction, finances and operations. As a member and owner of 1 share of the Association, your involvement is vital to the long term viability of the campground.

New election laws enacted this year require that a minimum of 184 members cast a ballot to hold the election. The new law also allows for the Association to offer an incentive to ensure sufficient ballots are cast. This year, each outer ballot envelope with the member’s name and address will be used as the raffle ticket for a drawing to win a credit of $500 towards MRS. (The inner envelope with your Secret Ballot will remain secure and confidential.)

We hope that you will take the time to meet the candidates, get to know the candidates, or read their bios in the ballot packet. You are also encouraged to submit your ballot whether complete or blank to be entered into this raffle to ensure that quorum is met. While the Election and Secret Balloting Rules discourage the use of proxy, in special situations where the member is unable to vote, the member may assign a proxy. Contact the Office for instructions.
