NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 24, 2024, the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the TAHOE TIMBER TRAILS ASSOCIATION, as prescribed by the powers and duties given by the Bylaws of the Association dated March 18, 1971, duly recorded on May 12, 1980, at the Office of the County Recorder for the County of Nevada, State of California, as document 80-13110, and amended Bylaws of the Association, dated June 18, 1977, duly recorded on July 1, 1980, at the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Nevada, State of California, as documented 80-1755.11, and amended Bylaws of the Association dated September 18, 2004, has levied a special assessment in the amount of $70.00 against each Membership in the Association for the period of October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association, this special assessment operates as a lien against the Membership and exclusive right of occupancy. Special and Emergency Assessments are payable in full and become delinquent 15 days after they are due.
The Special Assessment of $70.00 is Due and Payable April 10, 2024
